About me and my practice

My aim is to provide a safe, understanding environment where you can begin to talk through your issues without feeling judged. Together we can look at what is causing you difficulty in your life, and explore new ways of being which will hopefully allow you to experience a more fulfilled and meaningful life. I work integratively which means I am trained in a range of theories and approaches which I can draw on to provide support which is meaningful and helpful to you as an individual.

Experience

I spent the earlier part of my working life in the financial sector as well as bringing up a family, before retraining as a counsellor and psychotherapist in my 40's. Since then I have worked in charitable organisations as well as the NHS before beginning my own private practice 10 years ago.

Initial Consultation

I will try and answer any of your questions on the phone or via email before organising a no obligation introductory session.

Fees

£25 for introductory session then £60 per session thereafter
